Spirit bottle limited edition
Ardagh Group have produced the world’s first true limited edition spirit bottle, ABSOLUT UNIQUE, with four million uniquely designed and individually decorated bottles. Consumers can now choose a truly personalized and individually packaged product. Ardagh developed a computerized valve system to continually change colors and spray patterns on the bottles, together with a system to randomly add contrasting “color splashes” during the coating process. They used 22 colors for the coating effects and 16 for the 51 pattern types. “Anyone can manufacture one or two unique products but we are making close to four million,” says ABSOLUT UNIQUE.
