Variable focus glasses
Adlens® Adjustables™ are variable focus glasses based on the Alvarez technology platform. The lenses consist of two wave-shaped plates that glide across each other to change the corrective power of the lens. They are continuously adjustable, robust and correct over 90% of spherical errors (-6 to +3 dioptres). Their ease of use and affordable price make them an ideal product both in general retail as a temporary spare pair and for the treatment of patients with fluctuating vision due to diabetes or after eye surgery. Adlens® is developing the product range continually, for better overall aesthetics, comfort and an improved optical performance.
