Ad agency rebrand

When ad agency Agencia UM (Recife, Brazil) faced the challenge of opening an office in the internationally recognized São Paulo market, Blackbird was called to rebrand their outdated identity. The solution had to be bold and clear so the message could rapidly engage employees and catch the eye of potentials and clients. UM means ONE in Portuguese. As the agency offers 360º solutions, the ambigram was a perfect concept for the logo design: every angle, one outcome. To represent the agency's courage, the identity was inspired by the quote "They did not know it was impossible, so they did it," with scenes that subvert the idea of "impossible."
