This is a processing plant for precut lumber designed for Aida Sekkei, a leading house builder in Japan who specializes in traditional Japanese timber construction. The concept is to visualize the process of timber production. The design of the plant aims to present Aida Sekkei's sophisticated precut method, namely the excellent quality of their housing, thoroughly showcased in its exterior and interior details. The design includes a floating 100-meter-long viewing aisle that enables visitors to follow the production process and the atrium's space truss structure with the actual member used to make wooden houses.
