“Fitness is LIFE” proposes a modern fitness philosophy that does not focus on a singular fitness goal, but rather has an emphasis on healthier attitudes, diverse thinking, relaxed interaction with the community, as well as a balanced relationship with our environment. This program consists of viewing platforms and multi-functional spaces, connecting leisure with culture; and a gymnasium located in the rear, combing high efficient technological equipment within its flexible spaces. The project responds to the fast face of our metropolitical lifestyle, an inside-outside spatial hierarchy, whilst maintaining both physical and mental health value
