The Aka Honn Japanese Charcoal Grill Store is located in the heart of the city. The original building had a narrow entrance, poor natural lighting, and a chaotic architectural structure. The designer closed the original windows, opened up the floorplan, and reconstructed the space around a central atrium patio. The design adopts many elements of Japanese style to create a sense of both space and privacy and a unique Zen atmosphere.
