Residencial Architecture
D76 Incorporadora
The project aims to design and build a house guided by five pillars: design, performance, sustainability, interactivity, and process efficiency. The minimalist design draws inspiration from Japanese architecture. Sustainability is ensured through bioclimatic studies of site. Interactivity includes automation and augmented reality to reveal systems behind walls. Performance comes from self-sufficient energy, with water and organic waste fully treated. Process Efficiency: Designed in BIM, Built for Assembly
