Landeshauptstadt München Kulturreferat

ANDER ART is the multicultural festival held by the cultural department of Munich every year. It builds bridges between cultures, genres, forms, and generations and between tradition and modernity. The musical focus in 2009 was “Balkan-Pop”, a mix of traditional East European folk music and modern western dance music. The key visual of the festival was accordingly the musical key instrument of “Balkan-Pop” – the accordion.
