ANDMARQ is an agency specializing in managing actors. This project is a way of realizing ANDMARQ's vision of establishing a structure emphasizing mutual respect between actors and agency in an effort to avoid the destructive arrangements and behaviors in the industry. We created a brand identity for ANDMARQ as a company that departs from the issues plaguing today’s talent management industry and works toward healthy, shared growth - together with artists. The motif is more than a brand identity; it proposes a balancing point for a healthier talent management industry.
