This elaborate gift box was designed for employees of Anker Innovations to celebrate the traditional Chinese Dragon Boat Festival. The box incorporates numerous iconic symbols of the holiday, such as waves of water and the dragon boat race, along with and images of an elephant, a bird, and shells. These are combined with the company's mascot in an aesthetic, engaging pop-up cutout that unfolds during unboxing. The designer tries to create a mystery treasure hunt experience. The paper cutout also can then be reused as a bright decoration at home or in the office.
