The Anti-harassment Handle addresses the problem of sexual harassment on public transportation, allowing women to quickly and easily send a warning or distress signal. When harassed on a crowded bus, a female passenger can activate the alarm device by pushing the buttons on the handle and pulling them down at the same time. Once activated, the handle emits an alarm sound and the integrated screen displays a distress signal to attract the attention of other passengers.
