“The secret of Appenzeller Cheese”. The unifying scenographic idea linking these questions is based on the creation of a metaphorical village as backdrop. On the outside unfinished and untreated – on the inside rich, varied and colorful. The model houses built from honeycomb board present cleverly designed facets. At first there’s a multitude of open questions. Upon closer acquaintance, the pieces of information fit together and the village becomes accessible. Visitors are able to approach the secret through a number of interactive stations. The content is conveyed by means of thematic island.
