It features an exaggerated control top for gloved hands; 1 W speaker for louder, clearer communications; Noise Reduction software for clear, effective transmissions in loud environments; emergency button at antenna base for easy locating; better grip to prevent slipping; enlarged top display for at-a-glance viewing; multi-band interoperability for better multi-agency collaboration. APX™7000XE meets the specific needs of firefighters and the high-stress situations they encounter every day.
