AR Goggles for Underwater Communication

AQUEL is an underwater AR eyewear device designed to improve communication and safety while scuba diving. It addresses issues such as low visibility and the limitations of hand signals by providing visual cues on presence, position, and critical status directly in the diver’s field of view, reducing cognitive load during emergencies.

JURY STATEMENT

This design represents a very promising impulse for future diving technology. The concept was well presented with a strong functional logic and based on clear user research.
