Augmented Reality Mobile Application

Heart Health is an augmented reality health platform to deliver education and improve medication adherence. Targeting the elderly, but highly applicable for youth as well, this app has three features: through a visually rich AR experience, it helps cardiac patients understand in layman's terms about the medication's impact on their heart health, improves medication adherence through gamified medication management, and provides heart monitoring by integrating apple watch's heart sensor. By turning the burdensome rehab trajectory into an experience of a beautiful garden inside the room, the process becomes more like meditation rather than work.
