The Arak-Pack packaging system consists of two fitting modules made of recycled PET and a compressible inside packaging unit made either of PET or cardboard. The result is a modular system. We have added a fourth “R” – rebuild – to the three R’s that drive sustainable practices: reduce, reuse and recycle. While conventional packaging is based around new raw materials, ecocreative packaging focuses on recycling. This adds value for all parties involved, decentralizes the recycling process and creates an innovative, sustainable cycle where waste is zero but the possibilities are endless. It used to be that the consumer was responsible for the disposal of packaging and all that came with it. With Arak-Pack packaging, the consumer becomes a multiplier and a creative agent for the environment. This paradigm shift underscores consumers’ value and importance for the manufacturer and the effective role each of us has in the world. Isn’t it time to innovate? Isn’t it time to move towards smart, thoughtful packaging that creatively rewards and gets the consumer involved? Consumer habits will change when throwing away the empty bottle is no longer the last step.
