X-Ray Camera
ARGUS is an X-ray Camera that transforms stand-off imaging capability in the COUNTER IED domain. Using backscatter imaging technology ARGUS takes images to detect threats such as bombs, drugs and other organic material. The unique design enhances conventional imaging modalities, providing the operator with the flexibility to acquire images in both backscatter and conventional transmission modes, using the one integrated capability. High-resolution x-ray images can be viewed remotely to reduce 'time over target' and guide 'make-safe' disruption. ARGUS is designed for reducing risk and improving safety in the counter IED domain.
