Arla Dairy
Interior design
Arla Foods amba
By developing interactive facilities, interior and surroundings, Arla Dairy has changed the way of communicating to the approximately 12,000 children visiting Arla every year from passive listening to participating actively: children learn about the milks way through the dairy by playing, touching, listening, feeling and trying in a playful and inspiring way. You step onto the green grass, listen to birds and cows and walk up through light and flying cowspots, you enter a dark and quiet room. With full attention, the children play and experience their way through 23 black boxes and end up in a dairy lab.
iF Gold Statement
Convincing Danish design: children can play, touch, hear, feel and try things out while learning in a playful and inspiring manner. Next to the very high design value of the absolutely cohesive concept, personal enjoyment also gets its due. A resounding success.
