Shower bathtub with bath lift
Together with the bathtub with an integrated shower door the bath lift forms the ensemble ARTLIFT, which dismantles the barriers in an elegant way and enables the use of the bathtub for people with physical disabilities. The bath lift gets rid of both the cumbersome act of sitting down to the tub floor as well as the even more strenuous task of sitting up from a semi-recumbent position. The minimal seat height allows for movement nearly to the tub floor. So a full bath experience is guaranteed. If the seat is folded up it becomes a compact backrest for other tub users; thus the lifting in and out action is omitted.
