NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transport) is a healthcare service provided by the Government or Private Agencies across the world. ASENT (Adaptive Scheduling for Efficient Non-emergency Transport) is a platform we designed to help with the centralised scheduling of vehicles with special types of equipment like wheelchairs, stretchers, walkers, and more. Designing this product was a journey of automating manual processes and making patient transport management efficient, cost effective and compliant.
