Tubes Radiatori S.r.l.

Designed by Luca Nichetto for Tubes, Astro is a furnishing electric fan heater which effortlessly brings warmth and, surprisingly, purifies the air. Versatility is the key descriptor of this project, both in terms of shape and use. Thanks to its minimal and slightly retro design, Astro can be positioned anywhere. The air purification function is supported by an active carbon F7 filter, which cleans the air almost completely of pollen, bacteria, mold and spores (with 85%–95% efficiency for particles of up to 1 micron). In addition, the active carbon added to the filter captures smells with almost 98% efficiency
