The variable diameter bidirectional endovascular grinding system is an engineered operative system designed to address severely calcified plaques within blood vessels. This system comprises a high-precision rotary grinding propeller, modular replaceable rotary grinding head, and a portable controller. The rotary milling system can adjust the diameter and depth of the rotary mill based on the patient's vascular condition, maximizing the removal of blockages while minimizing damage to normal tissue. Featuring a portable design and an adaptive rotating screen, the rotary grinding head different sizes for different vessels.
