Alignment turning station

TRIOPTICS GmbH Optische Instrumente

The ATS 200 alignment lathe is the first device of its kind with fully integrated measuring technology. Mounted lenses are machined to highest accuracy, achieving a remaining centration error of less than 1 µm. The turning station is of compact size, while its distinct panel pattern permits easy maintenance access to all interior components. The common front-orientation with its limited view into the work area has been replaced by an unobstructed view through the whole device. For the operator, the adjustable control panel allows flexibility and a comfortable working posture during programming and operation.
