Annual report

Travel. Stepping into the unknown, the unfamiliar, the uncharted. Shifting perspective. Gaining new insights and new outlooks. Travel invites us to look at the world through someone else’s eyes: what’s strange for us is home for them. People travel to Germany and some of them decide to stay, to make a new home. We ask: what do they leave behind? What do they gain? What is their impression, these who once were strangers, on the day-to-day life in Germany? For each of our interviews, we have asked 28 interviewees to identify one image from the Studiosus catalogs that best depicts their individual sense of their home.
