Service Design

Augym was conceived as a well-being ecosystem for active longevity, bringing together movement, emotional health, and social connection. The design is grounded in research with people aged 55+ to map real needs and transform barriers into autonomy. From this, online and offline journeys were created across three dimensions: personalization, socialization, and ecosystem. The visual language balances clarity, warmth, and vitality, reinforcing safety without stereotypes. The experience integrates digital services and local activations, fostering belonging and positive social impact in the region of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
