We took the guess-work out of buying insurance, putting the decision in the hands of the consumer, and providing a transparent quoting experience. By focusing on the user journey, we identified their pain points and provided solutions to the challenges faced by customers. The new quoting application and website offer a device-friendly interface allowing users to compare and customize their coverage, all from the comfort of their couch.
