If required, cooking fumes from the front cooking zones can be trapped. Cleverly designed air channelling behind the filters ensures effective, low-noise extraction at all extension levels. Gaggenaus expertise in the field of ventilation means the AW 560 boasts every possible feature, such as dimmable soft lighting, interval ventilation and a run-on function. The 90 cm-wide hood, with its attractively uncluttered design keynote, is available in stainless steel or with an aluminium coloured finish. It features a suspended glass cover and optionally a tasteful rail-type handle. The hood is suitable for both exhaust and recirculating mode operation.
