Bag-in-Box is the ideal form of packaging for liquid products: outside a cardboard box, on the inside, a film hose. Due to blocking out of oxygen, the products filled in have a clearly longer shelf life. The newest STI innovation for this type of packaging is a Bag-in-Box solution in keg shape. The innovative contour stands for authenticity and genuine taste, forms an eye-catcher in the shelf or display and stimulates purchasing impulses. Bag-in-Barrel is supplied to the filler flattened and obtains its shape only during filling. This minimizes the logistics and warehousing cost also in comparison with bottles.
