Terrazzo pendant lamp
Terrazzo is a traditionally cheap, popular and beautiful flooring, but gradually forgotten because of the construction limitations, which is a pity. By applying terrazzo to lighting, we hope to re-evoke people’s memory of it. Terrazzo lighting is an alternative to the widely used marble lighting. Marble stone materials tend to cause damage to the environment during the mining process. However, terrazzo itself is the mix of broken aggregate and cement, which is more environmentally friendly compared to the stones that are exploited in one whole piece. Limited by the process level, terrazzo is less used for lighting, which embodies Bang’s uniqueness.
