Spirits and liquor packaging

This bottle was designed for a Chinese spirit, Ban Hu—which means "half bottle." The upper part of the bottle is coated in white, symbolizing the sky above the transparent, textured glass of the lower part of the body, which represents a body of flowing water. Between the two, the silhouette of a sage can be seen standing on a boat. The sage is looking up at the product's name written in Chinese characters in the white sky above him. The image of the sage standing on a boat appears again on the outside packaging. Here, he looks up at the same characters highlighted by a golden crescent moon in reference to an ancient Chinese saying.
