This is a project for craft beer brewery with a beer bar in the area, commissioned by a client who operates three public bathhouses, including Koganeyu, a popular bathhouse on Yotsume-dori in Sumida-ku, Tokyo.Why did the client, which operates a public bathhouse, decide to build a craft beer brewery? It began with the client's strong desire to “create our own beer for people to enjoy after taking a bath in this area.” The client is in the business of providing the best daily hot spring bathing experience, and the concept of “BATHE YOTSUME BREWERY” was born out of the client's desire to develop and provide “the best craft beer for after bath.
