BeHAV is a service that holistically supports mental health patients and psychiatric hospitals with digital healthcare methods. BeHAV recommends the best suitable clinic based on patient input, context and status. The BeHAV app offers an online solution called 'Smart Questionnaire' to minimize long waiting times. It also provides recorded and summarized session reports so that the patient can remember easily and access the consultation/care materials. The BeHAV app was implemented out from a service design first mindset and solves difficult problems with advanced technology and a seamless user experience.
