The Bengala Erlanger is a cane which doesn’t give the impression of medical geriatric equipment and can be seen as a personal accessory. It was designed to support walking; it has a good grip and an anti-skidding rubber at the tip. It is produced in two lengths for a perfect fit to the user and is made from certified or recycled wood. Sergio Rodrigues said of this product: “Finally a modern cane!”

JURY STATEMENT

Design in Brazil - selected by Angela Carvalho Sergio Rodrigues is a master who knows all the secrets of the wood. The contemporary design invites the touch and transforms the cane into a fashion accessory.
