A self-proclaimed "Toilet Magazine of Culture and Art" of southern Taiwan. A Down-to-earth Quarterly magazine published by National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying), Taiwan. With The Center's positioning "An Art Center for EVERYONE", the magazine was set to be friendly, Fun, easy-to-read magazine advocate that performing arts or arts in general should belong to the people from all walks of life (not just performing art lovers.) The magazine aims to bridge the gap between the Center and general Public in South Taiwan.
