BeoPlay H6, designed by Jakob Wagner, is an around-ear type of headphone, where comfort and great acoustic performance are central elements in the design. It comes in two variants: a natural and a black leather variant. Ergonomically BeoPlay H6 stays securely on the head even during vigorous movement and when you need to take it off, you can let it rest comfortably around the neck as the earpads can be turned and placed lying softly against the collarbone. The ear cushions are made of incredibly soft lambskin padded with memory foam to adapt completely to the shape of your ear. The headband is made of extremely robust cowhide leather.

The natural color gives the headphones an appealing look that is slightly removed from the traditional black & metal universe of sound design products. The BeoPlay H6 seem to have their origin in humans and nature rather than in technology, and this is underlined by the softness of lambskin and the functional detail allowing turning the earpads to rest on the collarbones. In its understatement and unobtrusiveness, the luxury of the design reflects on the wearer.
