The berbel BWH 90 BL wall-mounted cooker hood is an innovative extractor that uses no grease filter. Thanks to a specially developed, completely new technique the appliance works so efficiently that it captures almost all cooking fumes and odours, making grease-coated cupboards and rancid smells a thing of the past. Yet the appliance is so quiet that the sound of frying is louder than the ventilation – even at maximum setting. Moreover, not only the virtually 100% rate of grease extraction is revolutionary. Appliance cleaning has never been so easy: just open and wipe, and the hood is clean. And the reason is simple: the air is rapidly accelerated through a narrow suction slit and forced into an arc. Centrifugal forces extract the fats and oils for capture in a stainless steel pan that is simply wiped clean afterwards.
