The wishes of parents and children were the starting point for creating Gazelle’s first electric family cargo e-bike.Dsign and user surveys were conducted continuously during development. Safety, comfort and design have, of course, been given undivided attention. The high box affords children optimum protection while still enabling them to climb in and out through the step-through opening. The innovative kickstand makes parking easy and intuitive. What’s more, Makki is connected and equipped with a GPS chip, so it can be tracked if stolen. The iconic Makki design was created in collaboration with the VanBerlo design agency.
