The magazines are featuring a Berlin real estate project with international ambition. Concept, appeal and complexity of the idea are represented in the diversity of the contents and the variety of the design. Interviews, images of inspiring places and must-haves, as well as hand-drawn illustrations try to make the idea tangible. Scribbles and renderings show how the finished project will look. A magazine for the whole project is being complemented by issues covering the retail and office sectors. Spirit and strength of the project are presented in order to convince potential tenants of the idea.
