Bird Therapy

Bird feeder

According to a report from the ADAA, the greatest source of anxiety in people’s lives is their work. The aim of this design is to give people who work in offices access to nature. According to research, contact with nature helps to reduce anxiety. Joe Harkness suffers from depression, and found that his depression was alleviated by watching birds. The design of the "Bird Therapy" feeder was inspired by these studies, and it can be installed on office windows to help people make contact with nature by watching birds while they work.
