Ultrasonic edge sensor
Ultrasonic edge sensors detect whether coil material is running in line or not. The bks+6s` 40 mm measuring area: world record, its compact rectangular shape a novelty. This shape is echoed by the diode interface on top: an intuitive matching of diode info and real edge position is achieved. Introducing the plane silver metal surface and blue zero-marker-line as key visuals, the design underlines microsonic core values: precision and durability. A clear top-bottom orientation (needed in dusty paper production) is created by the corner radius. It also allows an enlarged keyboard foil: user interface and logo are presented in maximum size.
