The pure white of the porcelain gives the collection its name, and provides a blank canvas for gourmet chefs to present their exclusive creations. With various different plate depth and rim sizes, as well as full-glaze and partial matt versions a huge range of presentation options is given. Besides the design BLANC compels with technical refinements. By double layering the sauceboats sides a thermoelectric effect is created. A perfect form enables easy stacking of the cloche. A silicone ring averts slipping of it during serving. Despite the diameters of up to 32 cm, the glaze free reverse of the plates ensures inherent stability and grip.
