Blow-yancy es un dispositivo de RV para el entrenamiento de flotabilidad neutra. Puede ofrecer una experiencia de buceo realista utilizando la misma técnica de respiración que el buceo real. La respiración del usuario se aplica al simulador para experimentar una flotabilidad neutra realista. Permite entrenarse sin tener que entrar en el agua, por lo que los buceadores principiantes pueden perfeccionar su técnica de buceo sin dañar los corales ni otros ecosistemas marinos.
