The project is located in a hot and rainy region. The design adapts to climate changes and draws inspiration from "blurred boundaries" in conventional residential design. It adds elements such as courtyards, cold alleys, and deep eaves to break away from the closeness of traditional architecture with continuous space and integrate architecture with nature. The form of the building also features elements intended to help residents deal with warmer weather: the wide eaves provide ample shade and offer privacy between the upper and lower units. Multiple north-south air passages guide air movement, providing optimal ventilation and cooling.
