This model expands BMWs growing mid-range product line, powered by the new 800-cc inline, 2-cylinder engine, into the naked bike segment. Its minimal bodywork is not meant to allude to days-gone-past classicism, but offers a modern, edgy, non-soothing look for young riders looking for something exciting and new. Easy to handle, but not meant only for entry-level riders and definitely not boring. The proven package concept of placing the fuel tank under the seat, offers an optimal center of mass for easy maneuvering.
