BMW ICS New Media: Interactive, multimedia product presentation of BMW vehicles in the dealer showroom The interactive application is the central component of the BMW Consulting Lounge, a “store in store” solution for individualised vehicle advising and sales sessions. The application supports BMW dealers in providing a personalised customer consultation and is an essential component of the sales process. Contents of the presentation are targeted to the client’s interests in the context of vehicle sales while the presentation’s operating and navigation concept meet the high demands of a BMW customer advisor. The application is designed for use with a high-powered PC with Bluetooth integration and a 40” TFT monitor.
