Cooktop extractor system
The Professional 3.0 extractor stands out for its highly intuitive and therefore extremely user-friendly handling. The intuitive control knob with its black glass front, elegantly scaled-down stainless-steel ring, and white high-definition LED combine to deliver cutting-edge design for the modern kitchen. The zero marks on the knobs have been eliminated, practically enabling the “blind” operation of the cooktop. A turn to the right increases the power level up to the power setting, and a turn to the left takes it back to 0. This new operating system also prevents users from accidentally activating functions. The Professional 3.0’s optimized automatic extractor function regulates the power level individually according to the cooktop used.
