The frameless glass front and asymmetrical handle transforms the refrigerator / freezer into a piece of furniture. The electronic is positioned behind the glass front making it discrete and easy to use. The electronic also illuminates the handle area, creating an ambient lighting in a cost-effective way. Because the electronic is positioned next to the pocket handle, it can also project light as a status indicator into the handle area, making it more visible for the consumer.
