Revitalization of a former post office area
BRICKS Berlin Schoeneberg is a complex of old and new buildings in one of the busiest residential districts in the city centre of Berlin. GRAFT revitalized a former post office area, with its unique brick architecture, expanding it with two new buildings and converting the original rooftops for commercial purposes. Thus a 32,000m² (GFA) modern ensemble accessible to the public was created comprising offices, restaurants, retail outlets, a private university, fitness and recreational facilities as well as rental apartments.
