Corporate identity

Bukak-Maeul makes traditional Korean food, Kimbukak, with local villagers by hand to produce the best quality, even if it is a slow process. The villagers hope this method and spirit will continue for a long time. We wished for their earnest hearts to be included in this project. After a long study, we realized that the tree ring was the key to express the identity of the Bukak-Maeul. Currently, most of the companies that produce Kimbukak in Korea have stereotyped designs. We focused on using challenging motifs to break down this framework and express the invisible part of the theme. Because our goal was to keep their precious stories in the design for a long time.
