Packaging for critical/defect lithium batteries

BUNCKER® enables safe transport, storage and handling of (un)safe (EV) lithium batteries. BUNCKER® can endure a thermal runaway, where toxic HF gasses are filtered and the outside doesn’t exceed 100 °C, while it’s 1400 °C inside. The packaging is equipped with valves to release pressure and cool off smoke, preventing fire. A gasket and clamps seals the whole packaging. The packaging features easy lifting of the bell through pockets, an interchangeable self-centering bell and jar, neglect of additional filling material, one-man handling and footbase dimensions like standard pallets. Straps ensure a safe transport of batteries on the pallet.
